1 lb. beef  tenderloin, cut into chunks

Box of mushrooms (pre-sliced if you wish)

1 large onion chopped pretty fine

16 oz. low fat sour cream

Salt and pepper

.33 cup white wine

Directions:

Brown the onions and mushrooms in spray olive oil, about 2 tsp. of oil.

Remove them from the pan to the serving dish temporarily.

Sear the seasoned meat chucks until just the right pink inside.  Cut one open to be sure.

Add the mushrooms and onions back.  Deglaze the pan with the wine and cook it down just a minute.
