		<description>I certainly agree too many carbs are a bad thing, but I&#39;d say a certain number on a daily basis is necessary as a solid source of fuel, especially if you plan to be on a heavy workout routine, particularly involving weightlifting. Maintaining that caloric deficit will help shed the pounds for sure, but it&#39;s important to fuel your muscles.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Best of luck!</description>
