 Dear Friend,

Two of Connecticut’s leading weight loss experts, Coach Benjamin Petitpas and Dr. Judy Siegel would like to help you lose weight and get you into the best shape of your life. We are currently in the process of recruiting 12 people to participate in our FREE 1 month weight loss program.

On Saturday May 2nd at 8am, we will hold an orientation meeting for the 12 selected participants at the Exercise and Nutrition Counseling Center located in Avon, CT. During this meeting, we will conduct fitness assessments, answer all of your diet and nutrition questions, set up your nutrition program, and provide you with a step by step plan for achieving your fitness goals.

The 1 month program will run from:  Monday, May 4th to Friday, May 29th

The 12 participants will be divided into groups of 6 people.

Both Groups will train 3 times per week for a total of 12 workouts. In addition, you will be given additional workouts that you are expected to complete at home.

Workout Schedule:

Group 1   Monday-Wednesday- Friday    6am-7am

Group 2    Monday-Wednesday- Friday    7am-8am

As an extra incentive for the 12 participants, you will be competing as a team in a 4 Week Body Transformation Challenge Contest

Participants will be divided into two teams:

  • Team 1     6am-7am Group
  • Team 2     7am-8am Group

You will have two fitness assessments, one at the beginning of the program and one at the end. These fitness assessments will be used to determine your weight, body fat percentage, girth measurements, and be used to monitor your progress over the course of the month.

On Monday of each week, you will have a Weekly Team Weigh-in. The results will be posted on a board so each team will know where they stand.

At the end of the 4 weeks, we will award the winning Team a special prize.

We will also pick an individual winner, who will receive an additional 1 Month of FREE Personal Training

*Winners will be determined by a combination of weight lost, inches lost, and body fat lost.

What is expected from you?

  • 100% commitment to achieving your goals and making healthy lifestyle changes.
  • Must commit to attending all 12 workouts, plus additional workouts at home
  • Keep an Exercise & Nutrition Journal for the duration of the program.
  • Be willing to provide permission to use pictures and videos of the program for promotional purposes.
  • Must be willing to be part of a team and supportive of one another.
  • Must be willing to work hard, but at the same time be willing to have some fun!
